“Home, Again” portrays a series of memories through a diagrammatic matrix of events, conversations, and gatherings. In this case, the isometric allows for an ambiguous understanding of space and time; the orientation is dizzying with no particular logic to the sequence of events. The single image represents a mash-up of our past recollections, which (perhaps not so) coincidentally all revolved around things at the “object” scale. In other words, we remembered the place and the people of course...but more specifically, we remember the stuff: the clothes, the books, the blankets, the trinkets, the baseballs, the posters, the stuffed animals, the snow globes, the socks, the mugs, the ticket stubs, the pillows, the chairs, the telephones, the plants, the toothbrushes, the bicycles, the board games.
